With this Camp, you will jumpstart weight loss and lean out by maximizing calories burned.
How it Works:
Participants meet daily to complete calisthenic exercises for 30-45 minutes. This low impact, high calorie burn boot camp uses no weights and is designed to double your metabolism from day one! Beyond the Scale Boot Camp will meet at Mitch Park in Edmond, OK and is appropriate for all ages.
Session 1 - Mon., Oct. 14 - Sat., Oct. 26 at 6am
Session 2 - Mon., Oct. 28 - Sat., Nov.9 at 6am
Session 3 - Mon. Nov. 11 - Sat. Nov. 23 at 6am
